Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Role Overview

You will be a Senior Machine Learning Engineer shaping intelligent features and systems for tax and legal research. You’ll collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to design, build, and deploy scalable RAG solutions.

Key Missions

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end ML systems from data processing through production deployment.
• Partner with data science and engineering teams to implement state-of-the-art ML, including deep learning and NLP.
• Mentor engineers and data scientists and help raise ML engineering standards and best practices.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on ML engineering experience.
• Strong Python background.
• Solid understanding of ML fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience deploying ML models to production.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Growth mindset with curiosity and rigor.
• Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and agentic AI (end-to-end pipelines and core components).

Nice-to-haves

• Proven experience leading technical projects/teams, ideally involving ML systems or data products.
