About the role

Role Overview

Senior/Lead Product Manager for Qventus’s Application Platform and agentic AI platform. Own the strategy and roadmap for an agentic AI “Platform as a Service” vision, partnering closely with the agentic AI engineering team and enabling rapid delivery via the AI Operational Assistant Studio.

Responsibilities

Set product strategy, define the roadmap, and manage prioritization for platform capabilities with the agentic AI engineering team
Drive cross-functional execution across the company to support the end-to-end product lifecycle
Enhance and expand AI voice & conversational AI capabilities
Build toward Platform as a Service so customers can extend solutions over time

Requirements

5+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record shipping impactful enterprise SaaS products
Mastery of enterprise SaaS platform capabilities across the full product lifecycle
Technical background in hands-on engineering, data, or analytics
Experience working with large language models and agentic AI
Proven enterprise collaboration across teams (e.g., engineering, professional services, clinical operations)
Ability to operate from high-level vision to detailed execution (“getting into the weeds”)
Willingness to roll up sleeves and support the team as needed
