Senior/Lead Product Manager, Agentic AI Platform

Role overview

Senior/Lead Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and product development for Qventus’s Agentic AI Platform. You will partner with agentic AI engineering to advance the AI Operational Assistant Studio and help progress toward a Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) vision for customers.

Responsibilities

• Set platform strategy, define the roadmap, and manage prioritization for platform capabilities in partnership with agentic AI engineering.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to drive the end-to-end product lifecycle for platform capability development.
• Enhance and expand the AI voice and conversational AI capability suite.
• Build toward a direct Platform-as-a-Service offering so customers can extend solutions over time.

Requirements

• Strong enterprise SaaS product management background across the full product lifecycle, with a proven track record of rapidly shipping impactful products.
• 5+ years of product management experience, including shipping enterprise SaaS products.
• Technical background in hands-on engineering, data, or analytics.
• Experience working with large language models and agentic AI.
• Demonstrated collaboration across enterprise SaaS healthcare functions (e.g., engineering, professional services, clinical operations).
• Ability to move between high-level vision/evangelism and detailed execution (“getting into the weeds”).
