Senior IT Product Manager (AI Initiatives)

Role Overview

Senior IT Product Manager for AI Initiatives at SentinelOne. You will act as the central hub for AI-driven initiatives across all departments, partnering with stakeholders to define, scope, and deliver AI-powered solutions. The role combines product strategy, cross-functional execution, and responsible AI leadership.

Key Missions & Responsibilities

• AI Intake & Backlog Management: Primary intake point for AI project requests; triage, prioritize, and manage a cross-functional AI initiative backlog.
• Vision, Strategy & Roadmap: Define AI product vision and strategy aligned to business objectives, user feedback, and organizational priorities.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Run recurring sessions to align stakeholders on priorities, progress, and outcomes.
• Project Lifecycle Ownership: Manage initiatives end-to-end from intake and scoping through delivery and post-launch support.
• Responsible AI Practices: Champion responsible AI approaches and governance across initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience building AI Centers of Excellence or internal AI enablement programs.
• Ability to translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for engineering/integration teams.
• Familiarity with enterprise AI/automation tools such as Workday AI, Salesforce Einstein, ServiceNow AI, or similar.
• Strong understanding of cross-functional business processes and ability to ramp quickly on new departments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, comfortable facilitating alignment and presenting to senior leadership.
• Hands-on experience with Workato for enterprise automation and integration workflows.
• Background in a cybersecurity company or security-conscious technology environment.
• Deep expertise with the Anthropic product suite, including advising teams on Claude usage patterns and governance.
• Experience delivering AI/ML-enabled products or automation platforms in a SaaS or high-growth environment.
• Hands-on practitioner experience with Claude Enterprise (prompt engineering, workflow design, integrating Claude into business processes).
• Experience with product/project management tools such as Asana or Jira (or equivalent).
• Ability to manage full project lifecycle without being tied to a single business unit.

Nice to Have

• Certifications: PMP, PSPO, or equivalent.
• Proven track record establishing PM governance frameworks, intake processes, or standards.
• Familiarity with system design/integration patterns and APIs.

Experience Level

• 5–8 years of product management or related experience delivering cross-functional technology initiatives.
