About the role

Role overview

Join MyTime as a Senior iOS Engineer (full remote). You’ll develop and maintain a 100% native iOS app, working closely with the CTO, Product Managers, and QA to deliver fast, reliable app features.

Responsibilities

Drive development and maintenance of the native iOS app.
Build, launch, and support new app features.
Refactor existing code to improve testability and maintainability.
Participate in the architecture and implementation of new user-facing features.
Provide feedback in code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align on common goals.

Requirements

3–5 years developing native iOS apps.
Experience refactoring large iOS codebases.
Strong iOS development skills: SwiftUI plus good knowledge of Objective-C and Swift.
Proficiency with Git.
Experience with Instruments and XCTest.
Experience deploying apps via App Store or GitHub.
Good knowledge of iOS frameworks, especially UIKit and Core Data.

Nice-to-haves / Additional strengths

Bitrise (Bitrise management/CI) experience.
Experience building with Objective-C and/or Swift.
Strong taste for quality, highly maintainable code, and pixel-perfect UI.
Experience with iOS libraries and tooling.
Comfort making decisions based on data and evidence.
Enjoys iterative Agile development with frequent releases.
Ability to learn new business models and translate them into software design.
