Join Ladder as a Senior iOS Engineer. You’ll architect, develop, and ship high-performance iOS features and help evolve the app’s design system and codebase health.

Key Responsibilities

Architect, develop, and ship high-performance iOS features using Swift, including SwiftUI/UIKit.
Build and maintain a modular design system to keep development fast, scalable, and consistent.
Participate in architectural discussions to improve overall codebase health.
Partner with designers to deliver delightful, scalable user experiences.

Requirements

5+ years of iOS development experience with deep expertise in Swift and the iOS ecosystem.
Strong understanding of app architecture, performance optimization, and modern build systems.
Senior engineering mindset focused on quality, shipping pragmatically, and craft (clean, elegant code).
Thrives in small, high-agency teams and enjoys detailed ownership.
