Senior iOS Engineer

About the role

Join our Apple Platforms team as a Senior iOS Engineer. In this role, you will develop our native iOS, macOS (Catalyst-based), and iPad apps, working closely with our Product, Design, and Backend teams. You will also help maintain and optimize our current features, implement unit and UI tests, and improve the quality and performance of our Apple platform apps. Key missions: Collaborate closely with the Product and Design teams to define and implement new features and constantly improve the ones we already have.. Maintain and improve the quality and performance of the Apple platform apps, implementing unit and UI tests for new features.. Work closely with our Product, Design, and Backend teams to define and build new features, as well as maintain and optimize current features. Profile: - 5+ years of experience developing natively for iOS/Apple platforms - Based in NYC - An eye for good design, and attention to detail - Solid understanding of the app and view lifecycles for UIKit-based apps - Experience with UIKit and the Swift programming language - Team player who can manage time independently - Bachelor in Computer Science or equivalent - Experience with: Firebase / Firestore, CI / CD systems, and Logging systems
