Role overview

Join Abnormal AI as a Senior Integrated Marketing Manager to lead global marketing and campaign strategy for the Enterprise segment. You will be the marketing owner for enterprise buyer dynamics and accountable for campaign execution, optimization, and pipeline impact.

Responsibilities

Lead global Enterprise marketing and campaign strategy as the marketing owner and enterprise-buyer expert.
Own the Tier 1 Enterprise campaign, including:
- Strategy and messaging
- Execution across all channels
- End-to-end accountability for optimization and pipeline/revenue impact
Build bottoms-up Enterprise marketing plans aligned to:
- Revenue goals
- Regional priorities
- Account segmentation
Drive full-funnel Enterprise programs to support pipeline and revenue outcomes.
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams and partner closely with Enterprise sales leadership to influence pipeline and revenue.

Requirements

7+ years of B2B marketing experience (preferably SaaS or cybersecurity).
Deep experience in B2B demand generation, integrated campaigns, and enterprise multi-stakeholder buying cycles.
Proven success running integrated global Enterprise campaigns.
Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
Ability to partner with GTM functions and translate insights into coordinated execution.
Empathy and understanding of CISO/executive buyer needs.
Data-driven mindset with strong full-funnel expertise.

Nice-to-haves

Specific experience marketing to enterprise/security leadership audiences and running CISO/executive-focused messaging.
