Senior Information Security Analyst

Role Overview

Join Addepar as a Senior Information Security Analyst in the Identity & Access Management (IAM) function. You’ll support IAM operations, help mature the internal IAM program, and work with the Security team to define governance and technical controls for Agentic AI Workflows.

Key Missions & Responsibilities

• Operational support for IAM administration tools, including:
  • Application onboarding
  • Recertification campaign operations
• Improve IAM program maturity by:
  • Analyzing current processes
  • Designing and implementing improvements
• Partner with the Security team to define:
  • Governance strategy
  • Technical controls for Agentic AI Workflows
• Analyze access requirements and security policies to ensure appropriate controls.

Profile / Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on Identity & Access Management experience, with a track record of solving varied access challenges
• Strong curiosity and continuous learning mindset in Information Security
• Ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with internal and external partners
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Understanding of Non Human Identities (NHIs) and their unique security challenges
• Experience with IAM tools and IAM-related systems such as:
  • Identity Providers (IdP)
  • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
  • Zero Trust Access (ZTA)
  • Privileged Access Management (PAM)
• Familiarity with IT Governance and Compliance, including SOC 2 and data governance
• Hands-on experience with IGA tools such as SailPoint or Saviynt
• Familiarity with Source of Truth integrations for automated onboarding/offboarding (e.g., Workday/BambooHR)
• Experience with Okta and Google Workspace environments
• Hands-on experience with AWS and understanding of IAM policies/configurations
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform)

• Deep experience integrating IAM systems with enterprise HR platforms and automated lifecycle workflows
