Role overview

Senior Independent Software Developer — contract missions with small, high-growth client teams through A·Team. You’ll have autonomy to accept missions that fit your interests and bandwidth, working largely independently but sometimes as part of small 3–4 person teams.

Location / eligibility

• Must be located in the Americas, Europe, or Israel to apply.

What you’ll do

• Build ambitious software from 0 to 1 as part of a small (3–4 person) team.
• Scope initiatives, present options, help guide strategy, and execute on the selected solution.
• Work with clients ranging from early-stage incubations and funded super-growth companies to non-tech incumbents building like a tech giant.
• Missions are typically selected to match your interests; clients may or may not have a clear vision, requiring senior product/technical judgment.

How you’re paid / contract structure

• Generally $90–$150+ per hour.
• You keep 100% of what you earn; A·Team charges a small, flat, transparent platform fee on top of your rate.
