About the role

Role Overview

Senior Implementations Program Manager for a partner company, based in Portugal. You will lead end-to-end implementation programs for complex B2B SaaS embedded/partner solutions, coordinating technical, operational, and commercial workstreams to ensure successful onboarding and launches.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage end-to-end implementation programs for embedded partners (from onboarding through launch)
  • Build detailed project plans, timelines, workflows, and operational frameworks for partner delivery
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, Sales, and Customer Success
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners during implementation; ensure clear communication and alignment
  • Track progress, manage dependencies, and proactively identify/mitigate risks and blockers
  • Define and maintain implementation best practices, documentation, and internal playbooks
  • Provide visibility into status using dashboards, reporting tools, and structured updates
  • Drive continuous improvement of implementation processes, scalability, and partner experience
  • Collaborate on go-to-market readiness and the transition to live operations

Requirements

  • Experienced program or implementation leader with strong stakeholder management in complex, fast-paced, cross-functional settings
  • Proven ability to manage complex, long-term partner/customer implementations
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and analytical/problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication in English
  • Background in project management/implementations/professional services within HRTech, FinTech, or SaaS
  • Strong experience coordinating cross-functional teams and driving alignment

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in B2B SaaS partnerships
  • Familiarity with automation and AI-enabled workflows
  • Ability to thrive in fully remote, asynchronous environments
