About the role

Role overview

As a Senior Implementations Program Manager, you will own end-to-end execution of partner implementation programs for a B2B SaaS embedded product ecosystem. You will serve as the central coordination point between internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth onboarding and successful launches in a fully remote, async-first environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of partner implementation programs
  • Own end-to-end program delivery for embedded partners from onboarding through launch
  • Build detailed project plans, timelines, workflows, and operational frameworks
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, Sales, and Customer Success
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners during implementation
  • Track progress, manage dependencies, and identify/mitigate risks and blockers proactively
  • Define and maintain implementation best practices, documentation, and internal playbooks
  • Provide project visibility using dashboards, reporting tools, and structured updates
  • Support go-to-market readiness and ensure transition from implementation to live operations

Requirements

  • Experienced program or implementation leader with strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven track record managing complex, long-term partner/customer implementations
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive alignment in fast-paced environments
  • Strong analytical skills to break down complex problems and propose solutions
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills in English
  • Experience in project management/implementations/professional services in HRTech, FinTech, or SaaS

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS partnerships
  • Familiarity with automation and AI-enabled workflows
  • Ability to thrive in remote, asynchronous work
