Senior Implementation Project Manager

Role Overview

Senior Implementation Project Manager (Remote, USA) responsible for leading enterprise SaaS implementations end-to-end. You will own the customer onboarding and deployment lifecycle, acting as the primary point of contact from kickoff through go-live.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple enterprise software implementations concurrently from kickoff to successful go-live
• Build and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation
• Partner with customer stakeholders across IT, Operations, Clinical, Compliance, and Executive teams
• Coordinate with internal Product, Engineering, and Solutions to ensure customer requirements are delivered
• Facilitate discovery workshops, training, UAT, and launch readiness activities
• Identify risks early, resolve blockers, and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders
• Track implementation success metrics and provide regular updates to customers and internal leadership
• Advise customers with industry best practices to maximize platform adoption
• Improve implementation playbooks and customer onboarding methodologies
• Support and mentor less experienced members of the implementation team

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience
• At least 3 years delivering enterprise SaaS implementation projects
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent customer deployments in a fast-paced environment
• Strong stakeholder management and communication, including senior/executive audiences
• Experience with modern tools such as Jira, Asana, Linear, Notion (or similar)
• Technical understanding of software integrations and APIs and ability to translate requirements between customers and engineering
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP (or similar) certifications
• Experience in healthcare technology / digital health / telehealth or compliance-focused software
• Exposure to credentialing, provider management, healthcare compliance, or regulated technology platforms
• Experience working in a high-growth SaaS company or startup
