Join Movable Ink as a Senior Implementation Manager, where you'll work with renowned brands to deliver personalized email and mobile programs. You'll be the product expert and project owner, developing project plans and managing them to completion. Key missions: Act as a product expert and project owner to launch new clients on both the Studio and Da Vinci platforms.. Develop project plans using industry standards and manage them through to completion, ensuring they meet a resolution.. Build a strong rapport with new clients, show expertise, and earn trust to create a strong relationship. Profile: - Hands-on experience with mobile messaging platforms is required, with strong SMS and MMS knowledge being essential; Push experience is also highly valued - Experience with email service providers, cloud-based large data warehousing solutions, data lakes, and ETL processes is strongly preferred - Strong technical affinity and the ability to quickly learn and use new technologies - Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality - Good communication skills and the ability to synthesize complex topics for multiple audiences - Proficiency with the technologies that underpin the modern web (HTML, JavaScript, APIs, etc.) - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills - 4+ years of account, project, or implementation management experience required - Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing strategies - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently - If you’re excited about the role but don’t meet all of the abovementioned qualifications, we encourage you to apply.
