Senior Human Resources Manager (Sr. HR Manager) — Remote (USA)

You will join the Creative & Digital Marketing organization as a remote HR leader, owning complex employee relations matters and providing both strategic and tactical HR support.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and own complex employee relations cases; partner with legal and leadership to ensure fair, consistent, and positive workplace outcomes.
  • Deliver day-to-day HR support and execute HR processes to ensure smooth operations.
  • Coach and develop people leaders on performance management, employee engagement, and leadership effectiveness.
  • Drive and manage multiple HR initiatives simultaneously, adapting to shifting business priorities.
  • Advise leaders on organizational design, talent management, and workforce planning aligned to business objectives.
  • Lead initiatives for employee engagement, training, development, and performance management.
  • Run the annual Talent Review process and help build a diverse, high-performing talent pipeline for both salaried and hourly populations.
  • Partner with Centers of Excellence (COEs) (e.g., payroll, benefits, compensation) to ensure seamless HR operations.
  • Champion organizational change initiatives; recommend and improve HR procedures, systems, and processes to drive continuous improvement.
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret HR data to produce actionable insights.

Requirements

  • 6–9 years of progressive HR experience as an HR generalist, with strong focus on employee relations.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in HR or MBA preferred.
  • Experience supporting remote and diverse teams, including both salaried and hourly employees.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities/projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting HR data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence across all organizational levels.
  • Strong judgment and decision-making in complex employee matters.
  • Demonstrated ability building collaborative relationships and driving results.
  • Project management skills (planning, tracking, stakeholder communication).
  • Comfortable working through ambiguity and proactively finding solutions.
  • Ability to travel 10–15% as required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with basic financial metrics such as SGA and OCOS.
