Senior HRIS Analyst

Role Overview

Join Pie Insurance as a Senior HRIS Analyst and partner with the People & Talent team to analyze people-related processes, design HRMS data flows, and ensure HRMS data integrity. You’ll also support HRMS implementations, upgrades, and technical projects while streamlining and automating workflows.

Key Missions

• Collaborate with People & Talent to analyze processes, design data flow, and stay aligned with project timelines.
• Monitor, audit, maintain, and troubleshoot the current HRMS system and data to ensure data integrity and system compliance.
• Fulfill ongoing and ad-hoc data/reporting requests by creating and maintaining reports using appropriate reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• HRMS administration support (including handling system issues and ensuring stable operations).
• Data integrity oversight and compliance-oriented data management.
• Reporting and analytics support using spreadsheet and reporting tools.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in HRIS or People Operations with HRIS administration, system configuration, and/or implementation duties.
• Proficiency compiling data from multiple sources in Excel and Google Sheets (pivot tables, V-lookups, formulas).
• Ability to translate business objectives and user needs into technical configurations and data requirements.
• Prior HRMS administration and reporting/data analysis experience, including Workday (preferred) or other HRMS platforms (e.g., UKG, ADP, Namely).
• Strong analytical mindset and excellent time management to meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and curiosity for identifying and solving unexpected results and process flaws.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Nice to Have

• Experience with a minimum of one full-cycle HRMS implementation or migration.
