About the role
Role overview
Blue J is looking for a Senior GTM Analyst (hands-on, individual contributor) to build and strengthen the analytical foundation for the company’s go-to-market motion. You’ll turn complex questions and messy data into clear, actionable insights that directly support growth and scalability.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain GTM dashboards tracking performance across the full funnel, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Define and standardize KPIs across go-to-market functions and own a centralized metric repository for consistency.
- Perform ad-hoc analyses on growth, performance, and efficiency; proactively surface insights and opportunities.
- Partner cross-functionally with PLG, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and RevOps leadership.
Requirements
- Proven ability to convert ambiguous questions and messy datasets into structured analysis and insight.
- Strong commitment to data accuracy, attention to detail, and data governance.
- Demonstrated experience building forecasting models and supporting business planning.
- Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- SQL plus Excel or Google Sheets, and Tableau proficiency.
- Experience supporting GTM teams such as Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, or RevOps.
Nice to have
- Python for analysis or automation.
- Background in B2B SaaS / subscription-based businesses.
- Familiarity with a modern data stack and experience in high-growth environments.
Experience
- 6+ years supporting go-to-market teams (stated).
- 8+ years in an analyst/analytics/BI role (stated).
