Role overview

Join ServiceTitan’s Demand Generation team as a Senior Growth Marketing Specialist. You’ll execute revenue-generating, full-funnel marketing programs that support targeted campaigns and drive upsell, cross-sell, and revenue growth across the existing customer base.

Key missions

• Plan and execute full-funnel, multi-channel campaigns that drive revenue growth.
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution from intake through launch, including:
  • Audience creation
  • Asset coordination
  • QA
  • Deployment
  • Performance tracking and reporting
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing channel owners, product, operations, and sales to ensure campaigns align with business goals.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills; use data to inform campaign decisions and report performance.
• Experience supporting end-to-end campaign execution, including messaging development, creative/asset coordination, and performance tracking.
• Self-starter; able to work independently and with a team.
• Excellent organizational/project management skills; handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; contribute to compelling messaging.
• Customer-centric mindset focused on exceptional customer experiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with product, sales, operations, and demand generation.
• 3–5 years of marketing experience, with exposure to customer marketing, demand generation, or lifecycle campaigns.
