Role Overview

Join the Demand Generation team as a Senior Growth Marketing Specialist. You’ll execute revenue-generating marketing programs, support targeted campaigns, and collaborate across teams to drive customer and revenue growth.

Key Missions / Responsibilities

• Execute full-funnel, multi-channel campaigns that drive upsell, cross-sell, and revenue growth across the existing customer base.
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution from intake through launch, including:
  • Audience creation
  • Asset coordination
  • QA
  • Deployment
  • Performance tracking and reporting
• Collaborate with marketing channel owners, product, operations, and sales to ensure campaigns align with business goals.

Requirements

• Strong operator who turns strategy into execution in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting end-to-end campaign execution, including messaging development, creative coordination, and performance tracking.
• Solid analytical skills, comfort using data to guide decisions and report performance.
• 3–5 years of marketing experience, with exposure to customer marketing, demand generation, or lifecycle campaigns.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with product, sales, operations, and demand generation teams.
• Self-starter with both independent and team collaboration strengths.
• Customer-centric mindset focused on exceptional customer experiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
• Strong organizational/project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for compelling messaging and content.
