Senior Growth Marketing Manager

Role Overview

As a Senior Growth Marketing Manager (Host) on Airbnb’s Engagement Growth Marketing team, you will help drive the company’s top-line growth by managing Airbnb’s lifecycle relationship with its Host community. You’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Business Ops, and Creative teams to define strategies, execute campaigns, and measure performance against KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Host lifecycle marketing strategy, development, enhancement, and execution across email, push, onsite, and in-app notifications.
• Build and implement activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation programs for Hosts.
• Lead a testing and learning agenda using experimentation and deep user data analysis; scale successful strategies via automation.
• Translate business goals into implementation requirements, including data needs, segmentation logic, and dynamic content.
• Deliver comprehensive KPI reporting by building dashboards and communicating results to senior stakeholders.
• Partner cross-functionally to create roadmaps, own campaign development workflows, and evangelize Host Engagement.

Requirements

• 8+ years of CRM experience in a consumer-facing, fast-paced environment managing large-scale B2C automated lifecycle programs.
• Strong understanding of CRM strategy, marketing technology architecture, and relational databases; experience working directly with Production and Engineering.
• Excellent project management and ability to collaborate across Engineering to Design within evolving team structures.
• Strong quantitative/analytical skills: Excel and dashboard/reporting tools such as Tableau; intermediate SQL preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with comfort interpreting results and presenting insights to senior leadership.
• Passion for CRM and user engagement; strong ownership and methodical problem-solving.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.

Location / Work Model

• US - Remote Eligible (must live in a state where Airbnb has a registered entity). Occasional office attendance/offsites may be required.
