Senior Growth Manager (EU to Nigeria)

Role Overview

Senior Growth Manager (EU to Nigeria) at LemFi (fintech serving the Nigerian diaspora in Europe). This is a full-remote, field-based role where you drive user acquisition, build community networks, and represent LemFi at events across Italy, Spain, Germany, and Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Own growth and user acquisition targets for the Nigeria–Europe corridor (online and offline)
• Represent LemFi at Nigerian community events, expos, and forums across Europe; travel frequently
• Develop and execute market-specific acquisition strategies using data and AI-assisted tools
• Work closely with the Growth, Marketing, and Operations teams
• Build and leverage partnerships with community leaders to increase acquisition and community trust

Requirements

• Proven track record in growth, sales, or marketing in fast-paced, target-driven environments (ideally fintech/consumer tech/high-growth startups)
• Deep cultural fluency with Nigerian diaspora communities in Europe (understand financial needs, trust signals, and communication styles)
• Strong relationship-building skills and demonstrated ability to form partnerships
• Comfortable with significant travel across Europe, including occasional weekends
• Strong analytical skills: pull/interpret performance data, identify what works, and iterate quickly
• Self-directed and effective in a remote, field-based setup with minimal hand-holding
• Demonstrated ability to hit/exceed acquisition or sales targets with supporting data
• Existing network within Nigerian communities across one or more key European markets

Nice to Have

• Experience in remittances, cross-border payments, or diaspora-focused financial products
• Proficiency in a second European language: Italian, Spanish, or German
