About the role
Role overview
As a Senior Group Product Manager at Super.com, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for a portfolio of everyday savings products. You’ll lead a team of Product Managers and work with cross-functional partners to deliver real, measurable savings for millions of consumers.
Reporting to the SVP, Product & Design, you will define where Super.com plays in Savings, how it differentiates, and how those decisions translate into products that drive acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention for Super+.
What you’ll be working on
- Own Savings strategy and OKRs: Define and deliver the vision, strategy, and success metrics for the Savings portfolio, aligned to company-level and Super+ goals.
- Lead a portfolio of Savings products: Oversee multiple PMs and teams across rebates, grocery coupons, gas coupons, pharmacy coupons, and future savings concepts.
- Shape the roadmap and product portfolio: Build and maintain a unified roadmap, sequencing work to increase member value while unlocking new revenue/margin opportunities and managing risk.
- Drive measurable customer and business outcomes: Own domain metrics such as savings per active member, activation, engagement, retention, Super+ attachment, and NPS; partner with Data and Growth on KPIs, instrumentation, and experimentation.
- Raise product quality and member experience: Partner with Product Design, UXR, Engineering, and Ops to ensure intuitive, trustworthy, “magical” experiences across discovery, redemption, and post-purchase flows.
- Steer incentive and economics design: Collaborate with Finance, Partnerships, and Growth on pricing, offers, and rebate/coupon economics balancing member value with sustainable unit economics.
- Lead and develop product talent: Manage and mentor Product Managers to grow their craft and operate effectively in ambiguity.
Requirements
- Experience leading product strategy and roadmap delivery across a portfolio of products.
- Strong ownership of customer and business outcomes using metrics, experimentation, and instrumentation.
- Ability to lead cross-functionally with partners across Engineering, Design, Data, Growth, Operations, Partnerships.
- Expertise in consumer behavior, incentives, and economics, with experience balancing value and sustainable unit economics.
Nice-to-haves (implied)
- Experience with UXR (user research) and building end-to-end member experiences (discovery → redemption → post-purchase).
- Familiarity with incentive/offer systems and measurement in growth contexts (e.g., activation/retention/NPS).
