Requirements

• Strong mix of product leadership, people management, strategic thinking, and operational excellence.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; able to influence and align executives and teams.
• Experience defining and delivering multi-quarter product strategies and roadmaps with measurable business impact.
• 10+ years of product management experience, including 4+ years people management experience leading and developing PMs.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments, balancing strategy with execution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; connect product decisions to business outcomes.
• Proven track record building/scaling high-performing PM teams in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
• Ability to translate complex workflows into simple, intuitive, delightful user experiences.
• Experience leading product teams for B2B SaaS or workflow automation products.
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills; passion for developing inclusive, high-performing teams.
• Experience owning and scaling eSignature, document workflow, compliance, or enterprise productivity products end-to-end.
• Data analytics skills to independently analyze data and generate actionable insights.

• Experience influencing organizational strategy and driving alignment across senior leadership.
