Senior Graphic Designer (remote)

Lemon.io matches senior designers with hand-picked projects at startups. The role is fully remote with the option to communicate asynchronously or with minimal overlap during working hours.

Responsibilities

Create polished, production-ready graphic design work from scratch
Apply strong craft to deliver work that translates into real product or brand outcomes
Work within design systems and understand component architecture concepts
Communicate clearly with clients, including presenting and defending design decisions
Manage project context independently and deliver reliably against deadlines

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Graphic Design
5+ years of commercial experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Illustrator
Strong English communication: discuss creative briefs, defend decisions, and flag blockers early
Strong self-presentation for client calls
High ownership and reliability when working full-time remotely
Ability to ramp up quickly and align with existing style guides/brand directions

Nice-to-haves

Additional design or broader product/engineering adjacent experience is welcomed; Lemon.io may match projects based on related skills and experience.

Location / work setup

Roles are available across Americas, Europe, Asia, Africa, and Oceania
Remote, with flexibility for async or minimal overlap
