Role overview

Join Elastic as a Senior Go-To-Market (GTM) Recruiter. You’ll serve as a Talent Advisor to the Field Operations teams, owning end-to-end recruiting for roles across different levels while delivering an exceptional candidate experience and representing the Elastic brand.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Talent Advisor to Field Operations teams and drive the full recruitment process for multiple requisitions.
• Source and engage talent, identify qualified candidates, and manage hiring from start to finish.
• Build strong relationships with hiring teams, hiring managers, and executives.
• Participate in developing and implementing recruiting strategies.
• Improve the candidate experience and champion an effective hiring process.
• Serve as a brand ambassador for Elastic, articulating the company value proposition to candidates.

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally covering Sales roles.
• Experience collaborating with and influencing hiring managers and executives across the recruiting cycle.
• Proven ability to recruit in a fast-paced environment (startup/software/agency or corporate experience).
• Strong understanding of ATS and recruiting technologies; Greenhouse is a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple requisitions with high attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships via phone, email, and social channels.
• Business-minded approach: listen, ask relevant questions, and think ahead.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting in both agency and corporate environments.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse.
