Senior Go Engineer

Role Overview

Senior Go Engineer to design and develop high-performance backend services within a Technical Services environment. This role focuses on contributing to scalable platform components and production-ready systems while collaborating closely with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to improve measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-performance backend services using Go
• Contribute to system architecture and the evolution of platform components
• Participate in real-time collaboration and pair programming
• Ensure production readiness including monitoring, alerting, and scalability
• Own the full development lifecycle: design, implementation, testing, and production configuration
• Write clean, maintainable, efficient code
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-quality solutions

Requirements

• 5+ years of backend development experience
• Strong expertise in Go, including concurrency and performance optimization
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native environments
• Experience with monitoring, alerting, and production support
• Upper-Intermediate (B2+) English
