Senior Fullstack .NET Engineer (SDLC x AI)

Role overview

Senior Fullstack .NET Engineer working on client projects and end-to-end software engineering solutions in cloud environments. This is a full-remote opportunity with the flexibility to work from home (or in the office, if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Design and lead end-to-end software engineering solutions in cloud environments
• Ensure high-quality delivery, including software quality, security, and scalability
• Guide teams to deliver effectively and maintain engineering excellence
• Mentor engineers and promote modern engineering practices
• Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery without compromising standards
• Apply strong engineering fundamentals such as testing and well-defined requirements

Requirements

• 6+ years in software development with .NET, including end-to-end architecture design in the cloud
• Experience with a frontend framework/library: React, Angular, or Vue
• Ability to understand client needs and produce tailored technical proposals aligned with business goals
• Ability to lead projects independently and mentor other engineers
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Strong ability to select appropriate tools/models per problem
• Experience with AI coding tools in real workflows (e.g., GitHub Copilot)
• Understanding of LLM usage, including prompt design and context management
• Experience with Azure (bonus: AWS or GCP)
• Containers experience
• Hands-on CI/CD pipeline development
• Knowledge of testing practices (unit, integration, etc.)
• SQL and NoSQL database knowledge
• Awareness of cost-efficient and scalable AI usage patterns
• Familiarity with spec-driven development / defining requirements and acceptance criteria
• Experience with advanced AI workflows (e.g., Copilot agents, Anthropic, or similar)
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

Nice to haves

• Experience with other clouds (AWS/GCP)
• Experience helping teams adopt AI-assisted engineering practices
