Senior Fullstack Engineer (TypeScript)

Role Overview

Senior Fullstack Engineer at Northbeam (Full remote). You will design, develop, and deliver fullstack web solutions, own major product features end-to-end, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex, high-impact problems.

Key Missions

• Design, develop, and deliver high-quality fullstack web solutions supporting the business.
• Own major product features across the stack from design to launch with cross-functional partners.
• Identify and solve complex problems, leading projects with multiple stakeholders and engineers.

Profile / Requirements

• React expertise (modern component-based libraries), with 3+ years experience.
• TypeScript expertise, with 5+ years building frontend and backend systems.
• Experience building API services using REST and GraphQL.
• Ability to deliver production-ready code with high autonomy and minimal guidance.
• Strong engineering mindset: developer ergonomics, maintainability, and balancing short-term delivery with long-term systems design.
• Mentoring interest/ability for other engineers.
• SQL and BigQuery proficiency.
• Python proficiency.
• Experience optimizing frontends for large amounts of data and reducing loading time.

Nice to Have

• Design systems experience.
• Data visualization experience.
• Domain experience in marketing, e-commerce, or ad-tech.
