About the role

Role Overview

As a Senior Fullstack Engineer at Scaler, you will design and build end-to-end features for a data-intensive platform used by real estate investment teams. You’ll work closely with product and design, help shape product development, and lead architectural decisions and engineering standards.

Responsibilities

Implement new products and features end to end, across the full stack.
Lead backend architectural decisions to support growth in data volume and client load.
Set and reinforce engineering standards across:
- Code reviews
- Testing
- Monitoring
- Observability
Contribute to technical architecture and code review standards.

Requirements

6+ years of fullstack engineering experience shipping production systems.
Strong fundamentals in data structures and algorithms, applied to real engineering constraints.
Deep production experience with Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
Strong front-end capability, including CSS.
Experience with LLM integration in production, including one or more of:
- Prompt engineering
- RAG pipelines
- Function calling
- Evals
- Guardrails
Experience working with large, complex datasets and presenting them clearly.
Experience with web metrics, monitoring, and observability tooling.
Comfortable owning outcomes in a small, fast-moving team.

Nice to Have

Experience with one or more of:
- FastAPI
- Laravel
- Vue.js
- Tailwind CSS
- ECharts
