About the role
Role overview
As a Senior Fullstack Engineer (Freelance), you will take ownership of major frontend initiatives and lead complex technical projects in close collaboration with leadership. The work is split into approximately 70% frontend/back-office revamp and 30% backend support for the revamp.
Missions
- Own the back-office revamp: redesign key pages and functionalities, implementing interfaces from high-fidelity prototypes.
- Evolve and adapt backend logic that feeds the renovated frontend features.
- End-to-end support: ensure full support from backend to frontend for the delivered features.
- Collaborate with internal engineers to ensure long-term maintainability and alignment with contracts.
Requirements
- Senior-level experience as a fullstack engineer with strong focus on frontend/back-office development.
- Ability to lead complex projects and take technical ownership.
- Experience translating high-fidelity prototypes into production UI.
- Ability to modify backend logic that powers frontend features.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience working closely with leadership and coordinating cross-team technical alignment.
