- Build and maintain CMS extensions and integrations.
- Contribute to the AI roadmap by implementing intelligent product capabilities.
- Proactively improve customer-facing outcomes using monitoring data and customer feedback.

- Make and support architectural decisions for scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Use and benefit from AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery.
- Drive issue resolution end-to-end using observability data.
- Share knowledge and help teammates grow.
Expectations timeline

- Node.js preferred.
- UI experience, ideally React.
- API development experience with GraphQL.

- Active use of AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, Codex).
- Cloud-native familiarity: AWS and/or GCP.
- Monitoring/observability experience (New Relic mentioned in the posting, truncated).
Nice-to-haves (implied)
- Experience building scalable, reliable, and maintainable architectures in a collaborative product engineering environment.
- Comfort participating in customer conversations to validate outcomes.
