Senior Full Stack Sofware Engineer

Role Overview

Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to build the next generation of assessments and solve remote testing security challenges. You’ll work with agile teams across the full stack, partnering with product design and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product design and technical teams on software projects
• Design and execute automated tests using Playwright
• Migrate automation from Python-based tests to Playwright with TypeScript
• Implement new features and enhancements focused on user experience and performance
• Participate in code reviews and help enforce best practices/standards
• Contribute technically on an Agile team (including testing and production support as needed)

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Advanced experience with React, TypeScript, and Playwright
• Hands-on software application development in a highly scaled environment
• Experience working on Agile engineering teams
• Experience with pair programming
• Some experience working with Python
• BA/BS required (major in an analytical field desired)

• Ability to work across roles (testing, production support, and development)
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
• Comfort understanding how code works at the line level (not just using libraries)
• Willingness to support QA and author test automation scripts
• Ability to manage multiple assignments in a cross-functional environment
• Continuous improvement mindset and strong collaboration skills
• AWS Certified (Associate or higher)
