Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

Role overview

Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (Senior individual contributor) to design, build, and scale modern web applications end-to-end in a remote-first environment. You’ll work across frontend UI, backend services and APIs, asynchronous processing, and data layers—delivering reliable, secure features with meaningful autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Shape product architecture end-to-end
• Design and ship modular .NET services and modern React frontends
• Own the data foundation: design high-performance PostgreSQL schemas and craft EF Core queries for business logic, permissions, and RBAC
• Engineer for performance at scale
  • Build caching layers with Redis
  • Use Amazon S3 for large artifacts to keep the web gateway responsive
• Drive technical direction via RFCs
  • Author and collaborate on design proposals covering data contracts and API boundaries so the .NET platform works seamlessly with Python-based solver runners
• Ship iteratively with product and design (not in a silo)
• Use AI responsibly with tools like Claude Code and GitHub Copilot/Cursor
• Maintain a high quality bar through strong code reviews and automated testing/pragmatic engineering practices

Requirements (as stated)

• Production experience with hash-chained audit, Merkle-tree sealing, and cross-language evidence parity (C# + Python)
• Depth in cryptographic evidence pipelines (e.g., HMAC integrity, signed checkpoints, chain continuity verification)
• Fluency with PostgreSQL transactional guarantees for audit writes and advisory-lock coordination patterns
• Prior work on ATO-evidence-bearing audit implementations (e.g., DoD, fintech regulatory audit, HIPAA-equivalent—text truncated)
