About the role

Role overview

Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to build and evolve high-impact, customer-facing digital platforms, including public websites, investor portals, and enterprise-grade applications. You’ll work across the full stack and take on technical leadership responsibilities in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications (public websites, investor portals, client-facing platforms)
Build and optimize backend services and APIs using modern frameworks and cloud-based architectures
Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
Ensure high code quality via testing, code reviews, and engineering best practices
Contribute to system architecture decisions, including infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Vercel)
Monitor performance, reliability, and observability; support high uptime and system stability
Participate in incident response and production troubleshooting
Mentor engineers and improve development standards and technical practices

Requirements

7+ years of software engineering experience in full-stack or web application development
Strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks such as React and Next.js (or similar)
Backend proficiency with Node.js and/or Python
Cloud experience, preferably AWS, including services such as Lambda and API Gateway
Strong understanding of CI/CD, deployment automation, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
Experience with performance optimization, accessibility, and responsive web design
Familiarity with observability tools such as Datadog, CloudWatch, or New Relic
Ability to design scalable, secure, well-architected systems with cross-functional teams
Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience working in Agile environments and delivering complex technical initiatives
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
Demonstrated mentoring experience
