About the role

Role overview

Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to build and evolve high-impact, customer-facing digital platforms, including public websites, investor portals, and enterprise-grade applications. You’ll work across the full stack and take on technical leadership responsibilities in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications (public websites, investor portals, client-facing platforms)
  • Build and optimize backend services and APIs using modern frameworks and cloud-based architectures
  • Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Ensure high code quality via testing, code reviews, and engineering best practices
  • Contribute to system architecture decisions, including infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Vercel)
  • Monitor performance, reliability, and observability; support high uptime and system stability
  • Participate in incident response and production troubleshooting
  • Mentor engineers and improve development standards and technical practices

Requirements

  • 7+ years of software engineering experience in full-stack or web application development
  • Strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks such as React and Next.js (or similar)
  • Backend proficiency with Node.js and/or Python
  • Cloud experience, preferably AWS, including services such as Lambda and API Gateway
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD, deployment automation, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
  • Experience with performance optimization, accessibility, and responsive web design
  • Familiarity with observability tools such as Datadog, CloudWatch, or New Relic
  • Ability to design scalable, secure, well-architected systems with cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working in Agile environments and delivering complex technical initiatives
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • Demonstrated mentoring experience
