Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

Role Overview

Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to help build and scale a modern, identity-driven transaction platform. You’ll design, develop, and maintain customer-facing features for secure workflows such as identity verification and digital transactions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain end-to-end full-stack features across customer-facing applications.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define requirements, evaluate trade-offs, and deliver scalable solutions.
• Develop high-quality, performant, and reliable backend and frontend code.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and help ensure system stability.
• Participate in code reviews, mentoring, and engineering best practices.
• Contribute to technical documentation, system design discussions, and process improvements.
• Join on-call rotations and support production systems following training/escalation processes.
• Work across APIs, databases, integrations, and cloud infrastructure.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building complex, customer-facing web applications.
• Strong production experience with Ruby on Rails and React.
• Full-stack experience across APIs, databases, and cloud-based architectures.
• Solid software engineering fundamentals: testing, code quality, and system design.
• Ability to own features from design through production deployment.
• Strong problem-solving and practical, action-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration; able to work independently when needed.
• Ability to learn new technologies and adapt across the stack.

Nice to Have

• Experience with GraphQL and AWS.
• Familiarity with modern distributed systems.
• Experience in regulated domains (identity verification, e-signature, fintech).
