About the role

Role Overview

Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (Fieldwork Automation) at AuditBoard (Full remote). You will lead strategic, complex projects, mentor engineers, make key architecture decisions, and troubleshoot issues while delivering end-to-end product features.

Responsibilities

Lead large, strategic, complex software projects with high-level engineering leadership.
Mentor fellow engineers and guide high-quality delivery across multiple developers.
Design and architect scalable solutions; make application architecture decisions.
Collaborate cross-functionally to build and ship product features end-to-end.
Write clear design documentation and maintain well-designed code.
Troubleshoot software bugs and solve technical problems independently.

Requirements

8+ years of experience developing web-based enterprise SaaS applications.
Experience guiding high-quality work through delivery across multiple developers.
Ability to solve technical problems independently.
Experience writing software tests.
Experience with modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue, Ember, etc.).
Experience writing REST/JSON APIs (Swagger/OpenAPI Spec).
Experience with Node.js and modern ES6 or TypeScript.
Experience working with SaaS web applications.
Experience with React.
B.S., M.S., or PhD. in Computer Science (or equivalent).

Nice to Have

Docker or Kubernetes experience.
