Senior Full Stack Software Engineer - ClickPipes Platform

Role overview

You’ll be a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer for the ClickPipes Platform, building customer-facing workflows and the UI systems that power onboarding and integration of diverse data sources into ClickHouse.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable UI systems for large datasets, async operations, and real-time state changes
• Own features end-to-end (from initial design through production launch and long-term maintenance)
• Collaborate with product, design, and other engineering teams to deliver new features
• Partner on API design and system contracts
• Participate in an on-call rotation to support production incidents (diagnose, mitigate)
• Own production quality via monitoring, debugging, performance tuning, and reliability improvements

Requirements

• 5+ years shipping production full-stack applications
• Strong web fundamentals: HTML/CSS, JavaScript, DOM, HTTP
• Experience building applications with React and TypeScript
• Experience implementing automated tests (unit, integration, E2E) within a CI/CD workflow
• Practical backend knowledge: REST and/or GraphQL APIs and service-oriented architecture
• Strong communication skills in a distributed, async-friendly team

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Go, Node.js, or other server-side languages
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure concepts and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform)
• Experience with data-intensive products/platforms at scale

Salary

• Typical US starting salary: $133,450–$197,200 USD
• Typical US Premium Markets starting salary: $157,000–$232,000 USD
