Senior Full-stack React Developer (multiple senior full-stack/related openings)

What you’ll do

• Build full-stack features for startup projects from scratch
• Own parts of application architecture and collaborate on technical decisions
• Deliver results quickly after project onboarding
• Communicate clearly in English with clients (business context, decisions, issues)

Requirements

• 4+ years of software development experience
• Commercial experience (example combinations):
  • React.js 3+ years + Python 3+ years, or
  • React.js 2+ years + Python 5+ years, or
  • React.js 5+ years + Python 2+ years
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure required
• Strong engineering fundamentals for end-to-end feature delivery and architecture
• Advanced English communication (justify decisions, discuss business tasks, raise issues)
• Self-organization for full-time remote work without supervision
• Reliability and adaptability to onboard promptly

Nice-to-haves / additional senior tracks (optional)
