About the role

Role overview

Senior Full-stack React Developer working remotely with hand-picked startup projects. You’ll communicate directly with clients (many of whom have technical backgrounds) and can collaborate async or with minimal overlap.

What you’ll do

Build projects from scratch and contribute across the full stack (React-centered) depending on the assigned engagement
Own application architecture and deliver reliable, production-ready features
Communicate clearly with clients: discuss business tasks, justify decisions, and raise issues proactively
Work full-time remotely with strong self-organization and minimal supervision

Requirements

Experience

4+ years of software development experience
Commercial experience (must match one of the combinations below):
- Senior React & Python: React.js 3+ years & Python 3+ years, or React.js 2+ years & Python 5+ years, or React.js 5+ years & Python 2+ years
- Senior Node & React: 5+ years development experience; React.js 3+ years & Node.js 5+ years, or React.js 5+ years & Node.js 3+ years
- Senior Golang & React: 4+ years development experience; React.js 3+ years & Golang.js 3+ years, or React.js 2+ years & Golang.js 5+ years, or React.js 5+ years & Golang.js 2+ years

Tech stack requirements (choose your track)

React & Python track: AWS, GCP, or Azure required
Node & React track: Next.js, TypeScript, and AWS or Supabase are required
Golang & React track: React + Golang.js combinations as listed above

Additional senior-level expectations
