About the role
Role Overview
Senior Full Stack .NET Developer (AI + Mobile) at ClearLync. You’ll help shape architecture and technical decisions while building scalable, AI-powered applications that connect web, mobile, and AI into a unified user experience.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable full-stack applications using .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs)
- Architect and implement AI-powered features using Claude AI APIs
- Build modern front-end applications using React, Angular, or similar frameworks
- Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile apps using .NET MAUI, Xamarin, or React Native
- Define and enforce software architecture best practices, coding standards, and performance optimization
- Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps to deliver production-ready solutions
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers via code reviews and technical guidance
- Lead system design discussions: microservices, event-driven architectures, and cloud-native patterns
- Troubleshoot complex issues across web, mobile, and backend systems
Requirements
- 7+ years of full-stack software development experience
- Expert proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, and modern .NET (6/7/8)
- Strong experience building RESTful APIs and distributed systems
- Hands-on experience integrating AI/LLM platforms, preferably Claude AI
- Proven mobile development experience (Xamarin, .NET MAUI, or React Native)
- Deep front-end knowledge (JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks)
- Experience with SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL, and/or NoSQL
- Strong cloud and delivery experience (prefer Azure) and CI/CD pipelines
- Solid understanding of security, scalability, and performance best practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a technical lead / leading technical teams
- Knowledge of AI-driven product features (chatbots, automation, NLP workflows)
- Docker and Kubernetes
- Event streaming platforms (e.g., Kafka, Azure Service Bus)
- Authentication/authorization (e.g., OAuth2, OpenID Connect)
- Background building enterprise SaaS platforms
