About the role

Role overview

Senior Full Stack .NET Developer (AI/LLM) for a long-term W2 contract (12–18 months, extension likely). You will work fully remotely for a US-based healthcare technology team, leading full stack development across multiple concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

Lead full stack development across multiple concurrent projects
Drive AI-first engineering practices across the team
Mentor junior and mid-level engineers
Own architecture decisions end-to-end
Participate in sprint ceremonies, product planning, and technical design reviews
Present and communicate effectively with business stakeholders

Requirements

8–12 years of software engineering experience
2+ years at a senior level building with .NET and C#
REST API design experience
Microservices architecture experience
Frontend proficiency in both Angular and React
Hands-on AI/LLM integration experience in production (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or equivalent)
Strong communication skills; comfortable mentoring and collaborating in product/technical settings

Preferred skills

Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Docker and Kubernetes
CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins)
GraphQL and event-driven architecture
Relational and NoSQL database experience
