Role Overview

Join Trunk Tools as a Senior Full Stack Engineer to build and improve product features, implement third-party integrations, and help scale reliable systems.

Responsibilities

Develop and enhance product features (including TrunkText and TrunkPerform)
Architect and build complex integrations with third-party systems
Iterate on backend architecture to support a growing user base (thousands of users)
Ensure system reliability and scalability
Participate in strategic discussions and collaborate cross-functionally

Requirements

7–10 years of full-stack development experience
Strong proficiency in TypeScript
Frontend experience with React
Backend experience with Node.js and Express
Comfortable working with relational and non-relational databases
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience architecting systems and shipping products to users
Experience with data schema modeling
Solutions-oriented mindset and strong teamwork/interpersonal skills
