Senior Full Stack Engineer

Role Overview

Join Solace as a Senior Full Stack Engineer. You will own the end-to-end product workflow—from design requirements through deployment—while collaborating closely with product and design and shipping production-ready features.

Responsibilities

• Independently own the product workflow from initial design requirements to deployment.
• Analyze product requirements and deliver high-quality, production-ready code.
• Build and maintain user-facing features.
• Create and maintain services and APIs.
• Drive and deliver large releases to production.
• Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional partners to improve the product user experience and lead new UX-focused initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in both frontend and backend development.
• Strong React fundamentals.
• Strong experience with TypeScript and Node.js.
• Ability to architect high-quality solutions by identifying and solving problems.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort influencing product direction.
• Experience working in a startup environment.
• Strong product/UX instincts for building consumer-oriented and “delightful” experiences.
• Strong execution mindset: bias toward action, continuous code improvement, and system enhancement.
