About the role

Role Overview

Nourish is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join an early engineering team and help shape the future of its core platform. You’ll work closely with engineering, product, design, and analytics to deliver critical features for scalable patient, dietitian, and insurance interactions.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and ship new product features quickly while maintaining high quality.
Drive continuous improvements to engineering processes, tools, and systems to scale the codebase and team productivity.
Collaborate cross-functionally (Product, Design, Engineering, Analytics) to solve challenging problems in a data-driven experimentation culture.
Contribute to estimations, planning, and execution of projects, features, and integrations.
Maintain and improve the existing codebase.
Write clean, fully-tested, high-performance code.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years as a Software Engineer with user-facing product experience.
3+ years experience with the tech stack: React, TypeScript, Node.js (plus related stack components). Willing to cross-train/up-skill.
Ability to independently take a project from idea → implementation, and to tackle hard/ambiguous problems.
Strong collaborative style in a close-knit team environment.

Nice-to-Haves / Other Signals

Experience delivering integrations and working with experimentation/data-driven teams.
Demonstrated ownership of major parts of a codebase and leading project deliverables.
