Role Overview

Join Trunk Tools as a Senior Full Stack Engineer (Integrations) (full remote). You’ll develop and enhance product features, build third-party integrations, scale systems for reliability and robustness, and collaborate cross-functionally in strategic discussions.

Key Missions

Develop and enhance product features for TrunkText and TrunkPerform, including building new functionality and expanding existing ones.
Architect and build complex third-party integrations, improving:
- connector design
- authentication
- data synchronization
Evolve backend architecture to support thousands of users, ensuring the systems remain scalable, robust, and future-ready.

Responsibilities

Ship features to users and contribute to product outcomes.
Work independently while managing time effectively.
Collaborate with teams across frontend, backend, and integrations.

Requirements

4–6 years of experience in full-stack development.
Strong TypeScript proficiency.
Frontend experience (React).
Backend experience (Node + Express).
Experience with data schema modeling.
Comfort with relational and non-relational databases.
Experience architecting systems.
Experience with data synchronization strategies.
Experience with scheduled job/worker systems.
Experience building read/write integrations to third-party systems.
Solutions-oriented mindset and strong written/verbal communication.
