Senior Full Stack Engineer

Role overview

Senior Full Stack Engineer working across the stack—from database setup and back-end services to front-end user experience. You’ll handle complex problems with broad scope and exercise independent judgment with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical architecture and design; communicate and present technical vision
• Develop and deliver business-critical systems and components with high quality and on-time delivery
• Build across:
  • Front-end (UI/UX)
  • Back-end (server management, APIs)
  • Database integrations
  • Infrastructure/hosting (network and hosting management)
• Provide and receive constructive feedback; review and improve engineering work
• Mentor and coach a small team of high-caliber engineers
• Partner with senior business/functional leaders to define technical direction
• Investigate and propose new ideas, frameworks, technologies, or processes
• Use advanced data structures and algorithms to solve problems; apply strategic and tactical thinking

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience as a senior developer on large IT projects
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (or related)
• Tech-lead level proficiency in one or more languages such as Java or Scala
• Spring / Spring Boot experience
• JSON and RESTful APIs; client-server interaction experience
• Experience building highly scalable web platforms (e.g., Vue.js or Angular)
• Azure (or equivalent cloud) and solution architecture experience
• Infrastructure/security as code; orchestration/container tech such as Kubernetes, Docker, AKS
• Web development experience plus React Native skills
• AI background and experience with GCP and/or Claude/GEN AI tools
• Ability to conceptualize work from incomplete/evolving requirements; strong communication and deadline ownership

Preferred qualifications

• Master’s Degree
• Proficiency in AI code generation
• Experience with agentic AI workflows/journeys
• Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AJO, AEP, CJA)
