About the role

Role Overview

The Senior Full Stack Engineer works across the stack—from database setup and back-end server management to front-end/UI and UX—solving problems of moderate to substantial complexity with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Lead and participate in all stages of software development (front-end, back-end, database integrations)
Own technical architecture and design, presenting technical vision
Provide hands-on platform, back-end, and front-end development
Develop and advise on functional/segment-specific strategies for technical matters
Partner with senior business/functional leaders to define technical direction
Deliver business-critical systems and components with high quality and on-time execution
Review code/requests and provide constructive feedback
Investigate and propose new ideas, frameworks, technologies, or processes
Mentor and coach a small team of high-caliber engineers

What You Bring

8+ years of experience as a senior engineer with cloud-based services
Ability to own significant designs and development responsibilities with autonomy
Strong problem-solving across strategic and tactical perspectives
Comfortable communicating, giving/receiving feedback, and working with evolving/incomplete requirements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
8+ years progressive experience on large IT projects
Tech-lead level proficiency in one or more languages (e.g., Java, Scala)
Spring / Spring Boot
JSON, RESTful web services, and client-server interactions
Experience building highly scalable web platforms (e.g., Vue.js, Angular)
Knowledge/experience with Azure (or equivalent cloud)
Infrastructure & security as code; environment management/orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker, AKS)
Web development with React Native experience
AI background and experience with GCP and/or Claude / other GEN AI tools

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree
Proficiency in AI code generation
Exposure to agentic AI workflows/journeys
Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AJO, AEP, CJA)
