Role Overview

Senior Full Stack Engineer responsible for end-to-end software development across the stack—database setup, back-end services, and front-end user experience. You will work on complex problems and help shape technical direction while mentoring a small team.

Responsibilities

Lead technical architecture and design; present and communicate a technical vision
Perform hands-on development across platform, back-end, and front-end
Build and integrate components: front-end, back-end, database integrations, and server management
Develop and deliver business-critical systems with high quality and on-time delivery
Build and maintain RESTful APIs and client-server interactions
Collaborate with senior business/functional leaders to define technical direction
Advise executives on functional strategies (often segment-specific)
Provide and receive constructive feedback; review teammates’ work
Investigate and propose new ideas, frameworks, technologies, or processes
Mentor and coach a small team of high-caliber engineers

Required Qualifications

8+ years of progressive experience as a senior developer in large IT projects
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Tech-lead level proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Scala)
Experience with Spring / Spring Boot
Strong knowledge of JSON and RESTful web services
Experience designing scalable web platforms and highly scalable web services (e.g., Vue.js or Angular)
Knowledge of Azure (or equivalent) cloud services
Experience with infrastructure/security as code
Experience with environment management/orchestration systems (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker, AKS)
React Native development skills in addition to web development
Ability to work with incomplete/evolving requirements and deliver on deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree
AI code generation proficiency
Experience with agentic AI workflows
Exposure to Adobe Experience Platform (AJO, AEP, CJA)
Experience AI background and work with GCP and GEN AI tools (e.g., Claude)
