Role Overview

Join Cohere as a Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Front-End Leaning) to build and ship features for the company’s AI workspace platform (North). You’ll develop autonomous agents that interact with sensitive enterprise data and collaborate with researchers to bring cutting-edge models into production.

Key Missions

Build and ship features for the North AI workspace platform
Develop autonomous agents that work with sensitive enterprise data
Partner with researchers to productionize state-of-the-art models and techniques

Requirements

Strong coding skills and comfort working across the stack
Ability to own features end-to-end: understand the user problem → ship → measure impact
Product-minded approach: challenge whether something should be built (“should we build this?”)
Experience building and deploying high-performance RAG/agentic applications at scale
Shipped substantial full-stack code in production, specifically Python and React
Thrives in fast-paced environments with changing priorities

Nice to Have

Strong design sensibility; you love art and have an eye for UX
Portfolio/GitHub or other project showcases
