Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Role overview

Join Fabriq as a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to design, build, and maintain complex end-to-end systems. You’ll deliver new features and continuously improve product quality while partnering with product teams to meet user needs.

Responsibilities

• Conceive, develop, and maintain complex systems end-to-end, with a strong focus on code quality and durability
• Collaborate with product teams to understand user needs and propose appropriate technical solutions
• Improve development processes continuously and contribute to high-quality software practices
• Build and maintain both back-end and front-end components
• Write clean, readable, and well-tested code; design systems that evolve safely
• Make pragmatic decisions and manage trade-offs in ambiguous or high-pressure contexts
• Use an incremental approach (small batches, continuous improvement) to keep a healthy team flow
• Raise your team’s technical level through ownership, example, and clear technical influence
• Actively incorporate and reason about AI to improve productivity, code quality, problem-solving, and decision-making

Requirements

• Fluent English
• Comfortable working remotely (remote is possible, not mandatory)
• Strong software craftsmanship mindset (quality as a prerequisite for sustainable speed)
• Deep full-stack experience designing, building, and operating complex systems end-to-end
• Mastery of fundamentals: architecture, domain/data modeling, performance, scalability, security, testing, reliability
• Experience with software craftsmanship practices such as TDD, DDD, Extreme Programming
• Ability to own problems from business context through production delivery
• Strong learning mindset: adapt quickly to unfamiliar domains; autonomous and self-driven

Nice-to-haves / preferences

• Affinity for Lean (not Lean Startup)
• Interest in how AI transforms software engineering and how to embed AI into day-to-day work
• Interest in improving team/organization practices beyond writing code
